Michael Brecker (ts)

A long time ago, I went to see a Quincy Jones Orchestra performance in Kanazawa.
What I vaguely remember is that it was a performance with the Brothers Johnson!

I think Ray Brown (the master of bass) was also there, but it seemed favor he favored the Brothers Johnson, his disciples?
It's an old story (・_・;)

Anyway, the overwhelming presence and the brass ensemble that pierced my ears were remarkable!
The impression that remains extremely is his appearance, favor a god of black music!
It's not something someone enjoy me should say, but he was a terrific talent and a god of ideas.

■ After purchase, I played it once or twice for a cassette?
It's almost recent!
It had been sleeping in the record shelf for a long time.
When I decided to let it go, I played it for the first time in 47 years!
It plays without a problem.
I hate to say it myself, but it's a super charming LP.
