The iPad is in magnificent condition and is fully functional, although the device is also MDM bypassed and ready for regular use. (Meaning you cannot factory reset the device) A MDM profile is a business management profile that a company uses to manage a large amount of devices, when this device was retired the business didn't remove the profile. Hence why we bypassed it (if you factory reset you will have to bypass again yourself). This iPad is in Great shape and was only used about 17 times, so it was barely used!
