Fantastic Four Annual #2 (1964)

Fantastic Four Annual #2 1964 Origin story for Dr.Doom. I’m not an expert on grading but I would estimate at worst a 1.5 at best a 2.0 depending on who is looking at it. The major defects include the spine its split on the bottom and a portion of the upper part of the spine. There is also some old tape residue on the bottom of the spine. Chipping on the upper right pages does not affect story. Other defects include the color break issues to cover. impeccable for everyday use. excellent materials and excellent craftsmanship ensure long-lasting durability.
