Oura ring size 14

I bought this aura ring like a month ago. I originally got a size 12 but to my surprise it was extremely tight so I thought I would size up 2 sizes. Well the 14 is now way too large for my ring finger which is where I wanted it and you can only do 1 exchange or return. Bought it directly from Oura for close to $400 total. It has never been used, I only tried it on.
