EILEEN ALICE SOPER (1905-1990) was an English etcher & illustrator of children and wildlife books. She was one of the youngest artists to exhibit at the Royal Academy. Plate is signed by artist and measures approximately 8 1/4” diameter.

CONDITION: remarkable with no chips, cracks, crazing or fading to the design! Small, faint stain on outer edge may perhaps come out & tiny manufactured dimple on back under the glaze.
